Notice of Preparation of Assessment Roll

Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Village of Buena Vista for the year 2024 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the Assessor from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 -5:00 pm on the following days:
Monday to Friday (excluding Statutory Holidays)
April 29th – May 29th
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of the Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person who wishes to appeal assessment is required to file their notice of appeal accompanied by a $50 appeal feel which will be returned if successful to:
