Contract Cleaning Services
The Regina Beach Housing Authority is accepting expressions of interest for a part time Contract Cleaning services. The contractor is responsible for the overall management of the portfolio including the following services:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and dusting
- Maintaining a common washroom
- Disposing of garbage
- Reporting safety concerns to the manager
- Work within budget constraints.
The contract requires working knowledge and experience in general cleaning. The Contractor must be able to work cooperatively with individuals and groups of varying backgrounds. A high degree of discretion and confidentiality is required.
